Planning for Legal Action

My wife was stricken about a decade ago. About a year and a half into this mess

she said precisely the right works to me that inspired my work since. She said

that the doctor was not paying her symptoms any attention. He only paid

attention to the lab work. Well, that reminded me of the old subjective versus

objective battle. And from other research, I knew that if they did not agree,

then there was a problem somewhere. That problem was illustrated by the

American Thyroid Association in their assumption that peripheral conversion

could never fail in anyone at anytime. That convinced me to study the relative

medicine.

After a couple years of medical studies, I realized that my wife's suffering,

like the other 1.7 million here in the States, and the quarter million in the

UK, are probably collateral damage of an antitrust conspiracy. So I started

studying law. Now, six years later, I am rewriting the case almost completely

from a tort view.

The whole bunch of them have tort issues. I think I am up to about 40 different

ones, plenty to go around.

So just what is what in this case:

1. Millions upon millions of people internationally are being systematically

abused via endocrinology inspired extortion of practicing physicians wherein the

government provides the muscle spread the evil.

2. The basis of the evil being spread is linguistically imprecise, illogical,

contrary to medical protocol, a violation of medical ethics, and a

bastardization of science.

3. The suffering is beyond belief at a potential average of about $400,000 per

victim before punitive damages. And that makes for serious money - if you could

get it. Victims will be lucky to get a single percent of that. That really

shows just how depraved that is.

You should also know this: Sheila and I have complained to all sorts of

authorities on both sides of the Atlantic, medical and governmental. We were

generally ignored. Otherwise, our pleas were rejected.

I believe that we have three choices:

A. Live with it and potential work-around concepts.

B. Pray for an archangel to gather the black clouds and smite the evil ones

with lightening bolts.

C. Organize and raise funds to do battle with those who throw us into the

prisons of our own energy deprived bodies.

If your children and grandchildren are to have a better life than you, there is

really only one choice - the last choice.

> A huge word of warning - BEWARE - if anyone is thinking of taking these people

on big time because it can get into the realms of that which only TV movies

delve. It was the grossly unfair/corrupt legal shenanigans lasting 8+ years

which finally and fully brought out my [existing signs/symptoms, yet simmering

away in the background] hypothyroidism. Its a bad, wicked path that Dr Skinner

has found himself on... I hope everyone does whatever they can in support of
