Guest guest Posted February 21, 2012 Report Share Posted February 21, 2012 I use Rice Husk Oil which has no taste and no cholesterol, its much nicer than olive oil which has a low burn temperature and tastes horrid!! Don't believe in low fat diets, you need fat to keep yourself regular otherwise you risk bowel cancer (wonder if thats why there has been such a huge rise in bowel cancers?)
