Dear Dawn

So sorry to hear about your mum. I know exactly what you're going through as I

sat with my mum in hospital for days before she died and it was the most

traumatic time of my life. This level of stress has a huge impact on even the

healthiest of bodies, so maybe some extra support will help you through the next

few weeks.

My thoughts are with you.....

Take care.... Luv Gill x

ago had a sudden death of my mum and spent 2 harrowing days in hospital with her

prior to her death. It was traumatic and now the numbness/shock is starting to

wear off. I feel very tired again and wonder if I needed to have taken extra

HC, to counteract the shock I felt. ?? Any suggestions please.

Hello Dawn

I'm sorry to hear of your news. I do not know what you should do with regards

the prednisone. It may be best to ask the Adrenals group

NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/messages/239\

629?xm=1 & o=1 & l=1

if they are on break week you could also ask the NTHA chat
