I don't know what to do next

Hi all

I haven't posts here or a couple of weeks as I have t been at all well. I have

now finally done the Adrenal test by Genova I sent this of on Thursday so I

think it will take around 10 days. I have an Endo appointment on Tuesday and I

just don't know what to say as I have been suffering from many symptoms for many

years and I get no where.

I had a thyroid test done I only have the t3 back so far which is 5.7 range 2.4

to 5.7 I last took my tablets at 3pm the day before and I had my test done at

around 9am. I think I may reduce this a little and see if this helps. I have

been feelingvery dizzy eapecially when standing Up to fast and Before my

menstural cycle I feel like I go hypo I feel exhausted aching brain fog then

once my menstural cycle is here I go back tO normal and feel very agitated like

I'm ready to snap. I feel like I am never going to feel normal again I feel

like I'm using my mind

I am waiting on my Ferritin levels which are due back Tonorrow I have also

purchased some progesterone cream which I start in a week but I am also very

nervous about this as I'm scared it will send me over the edge but I know this

could help I've also read bad reviews on using this also.
