Problems with getting BP reading at night (is it me or monitor)

HI ALL

For the last two nights my BP monitor has refused to give me a reading and just

keeps erroring. I have even tried laying down to take it. It gives a reading

first time in the morning. Any idea what would cause this. The Sister at the

surgery had also has the same problem with her monitor and gave up in the end.

I have also had problems lately with one of my nostrils getting congealed, so

more investigations this morning which has revealed that my nostril is oozing

blood causing it to become congealed.

Has anyone experianced this and if so any advice to offer would be appreciated.
