Guest guest
My ped did not mention about the waiver, in fact she said that we must get the required vaxes. Of course I told her that we are not getting them at this time. Many parents have asked me how I plan to get my child into school without them so I am assuming that it is not a likely thing that doctors will talk about the exemptions that are allowed. Guest guest
All you in Wisconsin who are lucky enough to have a philosophical exemption, owe that to the fact that Marge Grant worked tirelessly on this issue and brought her wheel-chair bound grown son to the legislature, for them to see the results of his DPT vaccine damage. Guest guest
Hi Anne, Just want to say WELCOME, I know i am late...... Ling Introduction Hi, I am Anne (32) married to Terry (28). We are trying to conceive our 1st child. We have been married since May 12, 2001. We are hoping to be pregnant by the time our 1st wedding anniversary comes around. It would also be a great Mother's Day present for both of our Gramma-Wanna-Be's. I am on cycle day 9, I just finished my 1st round of Clomid on day 7, and am to start taking estrogen & guaifenesin day 10 to ovulation. I am not sure how much I really like this clomid drug since it is a steroid, and steroids do such lovely things to me. I am considered extremely high risk for conception and pregnancy because of my multiple anaphylactic (life threatening) allergies. I know the risks, I know what I am getting myself into, and no matter what, I will do anything I have to, to become a Mom!! Terry & I have been going to a Reproductive Medicine clinic since December 2001. The RM doctor finally consented to treat me about 10 days ago. I had to first provide the RM clinic with a letter from a perinatologist stating he would take me on as a patient for a high risk pregnancy. The moment the RM clinic had that letter in their hand, their whole attitude towards us changed... all I could think was "It's about time!!" Due to the severity of my allergies, I am on SS Disability. Over the years my allergies are only getting worse, or increasing in number. The doctors don't know what to do, but do think that my allergies could get better with pregnancy... if that is the case, I want to be barefoot & pregnant until my allergies are gone... if only things were that easy. I did read through the rules for this list, and saw that advertising for another group shouldn't be done. But if there is anyone out there that is also trying to conceive with allergies or another chronic illness I would love to have you on a list I just started. The reason I mention this is that I don't want to drive everyone crazy always taking about trying to get pregnant. Although those are the 2 biggest things I talk about because they are the 2 biggest things in my life... allergies & wanting to be a Mom. I hope that I didn't break the rules to badly... if I did, I am sorry! Guest guest
Kasi, You can check out my website www.theforgotten.com/vaccines and you might as well quit arguing with your family. I did the same thing with my family and friends and now I have very few friends and half my family doesn't speak to me! Just don't say anything! They are not ready. You will come across people that are very open to not vaccinating (I wish I had been on this list before I got pregnant!) that will encourage you. Just remember once you inject that toxic garbage into your precious newborn you can't get it out. Kind regards,

Guest guest
Yeah, I haven't told my mom we're not vaccinating our kids any more than they have been already. My sister's married to an MD and embraces conventional medicine. At this point I would have to create an opportunity to tell her. It's just not worth it. I'm sure it'll come up sooner or later. I never put it together until later that my son began getting ear infections after his vaccinations. I thank God nothing else has happened to him. Thinking of how we had him vaccinated fills me with a dreadful apprehension of what he may contract as these crazy chemicals interact with his body in the future. You think you're doing the best for your kids and whammo. Ignorance is not bliss. Guest guest
Hello Kasi, Congrats on expecting:) And on finding this list its a great group very informative. FYI unless family and friends do research on the topic of Vaccines (like your beginning to do). They will most likely oppose you. And I found out that I dont need to tell anyone about my EDUCATED choice. Because, they not only don't understand. But, couldn't without doing the reading for themselves. I dont invite the topic on myself at least not with the closed minded however if one does wanna talk about it I ask them to read a few books on it get a more well rounded view and then we could discuss it. I also feel its inportant to get the word out there of the dangers of inoculating the human race. So I dont encourage arguing about a EDUCATED choice I have already made but am always happy to share with curious ones............. Knowledge is power........ glad your here, good health to you and yours Kasi <kasiharmon@...> wrote: Hi all! I'm so excited to have found this list! My name is Kasi , and my husband and I just found out that we are expecting our first child in January. Vaccines are a big issue for me because of my dogs. I have a rescue dog that has suffered many negative effects from vaccines. I'm still dealing with them although she's doing so much better now. My youngest puppy is a vibrant 6 months old and has never been vaccinated and never will be. So now we just need to make decisions about vaccines for our child. My naturopathic doctor told me that the World Health Organization recommends not vaccinating children until after age 2 so I know that I won't do anything until then. It's also very easy in the state of Minnesota where we live to get exemptions. So now I just need to decide what to do after age 2. I don't want to vaccinate, but I have a lot of research to do now. I've already bought one book, but I'm sure that I'll buy others. I'm also hoping that this list will be a good resource for me while I learn and make decisions. The hardest part is dealing with family. I've already had one huge fight with my brother over it. He's told me that I'll kill my kid. I've told him that he'll kill his. It's not pretty.
