Guest guest
Please note this page: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1956/74/section/6/enacted In particular paragraph (2): " No fair dealing with a literary, dramatic or musical work shall constitute an infringement of the copyright in the work if it is for purposes of criticism or review, whether of that work or of another work, and is accompanied by a sufficient acknowledgment. " I also am curious about the use of material that was submitted, but rejected, and later used in any way. Or more particularly for criticism or review. Have a great day,
