I have managed to locate the TALKHEALTH SITE'S terms and conditions and talk

about hidden away.

I located them on the main site right at the bottom in small print under

Disclaimer and uner Intellectual Property this is WHAT IT STATES------By

submitting any information to talkhealth you are granting permission to

reproduce and edit in any format. At the same time you are also permitting any

other visitor/member access and reproduction rights for personal use only.

Reproduction of any of the materials on all talk sites in any format is not

allowable without express permission in writing from talkhealth.

Do these two sentences contradict each other and isn't the TPA our personal

forum.
