Difficulty obtaining blood results from hospital Doctor

My Doctor at the hospital that I am attending is reluctant to give me all my

blood results. At my last hospital appointment he would only allow me to copy

them from his computer screen when I really wanted a printed copy. When I have

my blood taken at my GP surgery they let me have a printed copy whenever I

request it but for some reason my Doctor at the hospital has not sent copies of

the blood results he has on his computer to my GP. I have tried ringing his

secretary in the past who wasn't at all helpful and I did e.mail him once which

resulted in a letter 2 weeks later telling me just my TSH, T4 and T3 results. I

know I am allowed to see them by law but I don't want to annoy him by stating

that.

Any suggestions?
