Onmedica - Internet thyroid claims are 'misleading

They are downright dangerous - but yes Carol, this is old news

and there has been a tremendous amount of correspondence about this, but the

BTA refuse to listen - they really don't give a damn!

If only they used the Internet more to check out the latest

research, they might get somewhere. I find it SO insulting that they refer to

patients looking on the Internet and assuming we are looking at dangerous

information, when all the latest research is published in the top medical

journals on the Internet, which they should be reading. They are a disgrace and

should be shown up for what they are. But I won't use that word that word this

morning.
