Guest guest
Ack! Helen! This is so true. I cried when I read it. It really helps to slow down and take things one minute at a time, doesn't it? *hugs* Helen wrote: > Thought this was nice, reminded me of not to be mad. > > http://www.my-tgif.com/writing_on_the_wall.shtml > > > > angelbear1129@... > > > The Being Sick Community > > Visual problems with colors? > Click the link below and select the modify link to your right. Guest guest
but how would we do that? (probably not a good idea to place the *answer* on an infiltrated forum!) chris > > BUT I wonder, when are we going to fight for our own preservation? > > When are we going to plan to fight for our own preservation? > > To that end, are we going to work up a defense for the physicians who treat us ethically? Guest guest
Dear In broad strokes, this is what must be done. 1. Determine what is wrong with endocrinology's approach to the symptoms of hypothyroidism with ample proof. (I have done this.) 2. Determine what has to be done and back it up with proof. (I am working on this.) 3. Find and research applicable UK laws. 4. Develop the case. (I am doing this for the US version.) 5. Determine how this will be funded. Contingency or we find backers? The defense for physicians will be a natural part of this... The reason for having great faith in this is simple. We have patient counterexamples. They are people who have suffered under the prescriptions of endocrinology and who have regained their active, attractive lives, a virtual resurrection, through endocrinology's proscriptions. Can you imagine getting to court and having a long list of patient counterexample witnesses all testifying to their experiences, their miseries and ultimately their joy? If I were the defense, it would be hell..... They give credence to all of the ethical, linguistic, logical, and scientific arguments. Have a great day, > > but how would we do that?
