Guest guest
all of these people have been refered to dr skinner as physically they were unwell i.e symptomatic of hypothyroidism.which their gp,s due to inadequate knowledge were unable to treat. these gp,s apparently are complaining that since they have improved and become asymptomatic dr skinner must have acheived this by doing something illegal. there are no nice guidelines on the treatment of hypothyroidism. The whole teaching of thyroid disease in this country is woefuuly inadequate. Perhaps we should be complaining to the health ombudsman and mentioning these gp,s are poorly trained and leaving people to suffer with in adequate thyroid hormone replacement
