I was wondering if anyone did this diet after their thyroid was working right and if they were successful? I tried the diet 5-6 times but failed everytime of course I am hypothyroid so after I got off of the 500 calories a day I gained all the weight back extremely quickly despite eating gluten free and Vegan. So, I can eat a massive amount of food without a lot of calories because fruit and vegetables do no thave very many calories. Think veggie soup 50-100 calories bananas, oranges, blackberries gluten free bread (small slices 40 calories) etc. So again I was just curious if this worked for people after they got their thyroid working.
