Hello J

I started my T3 last December @ 25mcg split into Two doses -morning and mid

afternoon. I am still on the same dose and only now starting to think about

taking advice as to increasing it.

Recovery is very slow, there is not such a thing as a magic pill, the body has

to be balanced and heal slowly.

Before i started on T3 I ached from head to toe,- usual symptoms, no energy,

swollen feet and legs, wooly thoughts.

Now my pains have gone, i have more energy and my ankles are back to normal. I

am still not 100% but hey it's a whole lot better.

May I suggest that you do not keep increasing your dose of T3 without taking

advice first.

Also if you have a little diary, then take a few notes of how you are feeling

each day and jot down your temperatures, then one day you may realise that you

have forgotten to write the diary and your feeling much better.

Take appropriate vitamins, support your adrenal glands, eat only healthy foods

and as Dr P says in his book 'Be in bed by 10pm'

Be like a postage stamp - stick with it until you get there.

All the best

Irene

Hi Irene, thanks for your advice. I think I am doing all the things I should

be, vits / mins, adrenals, good sleep etc and I realise it is somewhat of an art

to recover. I have been dosing as Dr P suggested, I'm just concerned that

theres something holding me back as I havn't noticed any change yet. He did say

I was a very odd case. The last few days I have been feeling worse (see my

other post)...so I am wondering whether this is the T3.

Best wishes,

J
