Guest guest
I wrote last week but now have a more troublesome question. I have been doing the circadian protocol since December and have increased my T3 to 35-40mcg (wavering a bit) taking 10mcg 0400, 10mcg 0800, 10mcg 1200 and 10mcg 1600. Since the weekend I have been noticing a slight restriction in breathing and a slight throbbing in the throat area. I had this similar situation with Erfa but much worse and so after speaking with Dr P went onto T3. I am due to see Dr P end of March, should I go off T3 now for a while or continue and see how it goes? I have no recent tests to show you, am looking into this now, but in the mean time I am finding the breathing and throbbing a little disturbing if I do go off T3 would I need to restart my NAX (was taking 5 daily, I stopped when starting the circadian protocol) Thank you for your help Pam
