Link For Medication Info??

Hi everyone,

Is anyone familiar with Zantac prescription medication or does anyone know

where I can get info on it? My son (8 1/2 yars old) has started having chest

pains and the doctor wants to put him on this medication to rule out an acid

reflux problem before he runs other tests (he would need to be on it for at

least 4 weeks before the doctor would be able to see a difference and after

that, would move on to the next diagnostic test). He did a blood test that

came back normal. I am not sure what he was testing for but said that the

next step would be to see how the medicine is working. I am more than a

little concerned giving this medicine to my 8 year old. I have not yet

filled the prescription to be able to check the inserts. My husband does not

want to waste the money on something that I won't end up giving him.
