Guest guest
Hello To All The usual standard of care is that of " reasonable care, " i.e., that care that a prudent and competent person engaged in the same line of business or endeavor exercise under similar circumstances. However, when the same problem reoccurs it seems that the standard of care should rise to " great care, " i.e. the degree of care exercised in a given situation by the person most competent to deal with the situation. In other words, after some number of visits to the ordinary physician, GP or endocrinologist, NHS should have persons most competent to deal with this patient properly. I wonder if there is a legal demand that can be associated with this thought...... maybe some physician who knows relevant medical science? What a controversial thought !!!!! But the American Thyroid Association suggest bogus excuses should be given instead..... How cruel !!!! Have a great day,
