Guest guest
Hi all Has anyone noticed any correlation between the colour of their palms and cortisol levels? When I say 'palm' I am actually referring to the bit of the hand on the edge, next to the palm, below the base of the little finger. I have noticed that at times this is kind of a mottled red/white, and others, it's just a normal colour. I seem to remember my doctor, when he was examining me, saying this is a sign of low cortisol. However I cannot be sure if he said it was thyroid or cortisol but I think it was cortisol. Has anyone else noticed the same thing and noticed if it's linked to cortisol or thyroid? I wonder if it's a variant of the line test that Dr mentioned in his adrenal fatigue book? Thanks Chris
