Any Advice or Pointers - Adrenals

Morning Folks

Apologies, there a couple of questions here.

** do you know of any support/forum groups in UK for Adrenals? can only find USA

Having done a saliva test it shows I have elevated cortisol & maladapted DHEA

06.00-08.00am - 27 (13-24nM)

this is the highest reading, on the flow chart it shows it start to elevate at

midnight, PRECISELY when I wake up after only 1.5hrs sleep.

This has been going on for months, am exhausted. SO, rather than bore people

here with adenal stuff,hence the question of any UK support grps?

NDT is now at 60mg. Take loads of supps.

** I am under the care of therapists, GP route is hopeless.

Have seen a holistic dentist and he has found more than 1 area of infection

which as well as mercury removal I will need to address pronto. HAS ANYONE HERE

found an improvement in their HyPO from addressing either mercury removal or

infection?

http://www.addisons.org.uk/ has a forum for people suffering with s

disease and adrenal insufficiency. I'm not a member myself, just found it

through Google!!
