Results back Cortisol levels

Hi

Can anyone help?

I have my results back from Genova

Sample one post awakening 12.2 range. 12 to 22

Sample 2 6.8 range 5.0 to 9.0

Sample 3. 3.9 range 3.0 to 7.0

Sample 4 prior to sleep 0.5 range 1.0 to 3.0

Total daily cortisol 23.4 range 21 to 41

I'm not to sure what the results mean ? Does this my adrenals are low ?
