High blood sugar caused by T3?

Has anyone had a problem with their blood sugar on T3. I have been on T3 for a couple of weeks and I've been suffering from double-vision since before going onto T3. I have been having hunger pangs since on T3 and my blood sugar has rocketed. I don't eat tons of sweet or fatty foods, so I think it must be the T3. Any suggestions?
