Guest guest
soaked in Bleach good gosh...then injected...ain't that somethin...lol think Your right about prepared stuff...From: Lynn <torpedolynn@...>bird mites Sent: Fri, June 11, 2010 10:34:40 AMSubject: Re: Posting Oh Rose You had to ask. lol. Here goes. Pork is soaked in bleach. Than rinsed and lots of salt is pumped in with some other chemicals. It is high on the list for injected chemicals. I am reacting to all that and not the pork itself. I can eat a pork roast from the meat couter with no trouble. Pork chops too. But can or prepackage ham. Ready to eat out of the package has even more stuff in it. Its the extra stuff that puts me into orbit. I love the taste but do not crave it like I do oranges and can leave it easily. Just with the budget I got caught up in stretching the food and forgot my reaction to ham. lol. In Light Lynn > > personally though I appreciate beans and rice esp when poor..it isn't the right protein for me and I would also have cravings with that diet..but then at least We don't starve...Boy that ham sounds almost like you were allergic..I know I was last year..whatever do they put in those??Well kool no more of that!!Righton! > >

Guest guest
We had to go see my wife's parents to sign power of attorney forms. Her father has had 4 heart attacks, blacked out from diabetes while driving, and is generally not in great health. Her mother had a stroke last year, and despite recovering is still not real good. A vacation would be a really good idea, but will have to wait for a few more months. It did give us a chance to let our son practice driving - which I guess is a good thing  We still have the same problem as when he was learning to ride his bike - he's not sure just what to do with the brakes. We only missed one corner and took a couple just a little wider than necessary, but he wasn't too bad.
