Starting B12 JABS next week!!- IS ONE A MONTH ENOUGH?

Hi,

I'm on a roll.....managed to get a cancellation at my local surgery this

afternoon.Saw a doc i've never met before.Went in ladden down with info on B12

and my hideously long symtom list and managed to put accross a coherant

arguement(well it was 4pm - my good time of the day) and low and behold- TOTAL

SUCCESS!- he just shrugged his shoulders (wearily) and said " WELL.I guess we

should give you the b12 injections then " - probably just to get me out the room

i feel more than any interest in helping me!- but hey,ITS A RESULT!!......BUT

the only fly in the ointment is that they will be monthly for a 3 month

trial.Hmmmmm :/.......

By the way, has anyone tried JARROW FORMULAS.methyl b212? there are two doses-

1000mcg and 5000mcg.

Which is best to start with? and should i take at the same time as the jabs and

at what dosage?

My b12 is 214 ng/l (180-914)
