Underactive thyroid....Recent Dutch studies have found that levothyroxine should be taken at Bedtime NOT morning, allowing higher thyroid hormone concentrations and better absorbtion in the body. The T4 first needs time to convert to T3 for it to become effective, this takes a long time. To me, this new info. is exciting and vital and should be widely known....
