Guest guest
are your heels dry, too? > > I have been doing very well in the last yr or so, but recently i have noticed my feet have become very dry and are almost cracking between the toes. It looks very similar to the eczema i saw on others when at school (say between the hands). This isnt as serious, but it is a pain. > > I wondered if it is due to low thyroid or possibly low or high cortisol. Apart from this i am normal. i am taking 50 T4 and 53.75 T3 divided into 4 doses. > > My hands are fine. >

Guest guest
I cant see it being this to be honest. I am sure it is some sort of thyroid thing. It's not that serious and i can live with it. > > if they are, you might want to look into whether you could have Vitamin A deficiency (vitamin A, not beta carotene) >
Guest guest
The inability to convert Beta carotene to vitamin A is a thyroid thing.... > > > > if they are, you might want to look into whether you could have Vitamin A deficiency (vitamin A, not beta carotene) > > >

Something like Mycota cream might help, but show it to your GP first to make sure it's not eczema , in which case an anti fungal cream would be the wrong thing to use.Best wishes,
