Hi Judy

i don't wish to alarm you but are you aware that some schools of thought say

that root canals are not safe? I had one, but wouldn't have another. If i had

the money i'd get it removed

have you been able to find out why your crtisol is high?

are not good for HyPos and those with Adrenal issues. My cortisol is high Night

& Morn. Normal rest of time. Someone here reported their adrenal issues post

having mercury out with adrenalin injections.

Yes - I am aware of all the opinions around root canals.

It is a big tooth and I already have a lge space next to it. So only option

would be an implant - v expensive. Did your root canal not work?

High Cortisol - no not entirely sure yet. Could be a life of many serious

emotional shocks and abusive childhood now catching up, I am also having my

home tested for electro magnetic frequency pollution next week. There are THREE

mobile masts within view from where I live. The councils for allowing the masts

and phone providers are criminal my opinion!

I am taking Phosphatadyl Serine to help bring cortisol down & a lot of other

supps to. Sleeping is my biggest issue, I take Melatonin but the dose that seems

to work affects my eyes so have to take less.

Well, I think it worked, but who knows? I'm not convinced of their

safety...when i had 3 mercury fillings out, i became very unwell about 6 months

later, it was a time of great stress anyway, but I don't think it helped.

None of that is going to help is it :-( With regards to the emotional stuff,

i have had problems myself, and had to try and overcome this. The mind and body

can only take so much, can't it. Recently i have started looking into TFT -

thought field therapy - to help with this. suprisingly/strangely, it does seem

to work and quick - it can just collapse stuff sometimes. I have also tried

various other therapies but they didn't seem to help. There is also

something I've just learnt about lately called 'EFT Matrix reimprinting'

http://theamt.com/what_is_matrix_reimprinting.htm - i am not sure about that,

but for me, TFT has been helpful.

which form of melatonin do you take? I take the biotonin, and that doesn't

cause me any issues, it's supposed to be a more effective form than capsules or

tablets as it absorbs under the tongue. how does it affect your eyes?

have you tried l-theanine?

I am sorry i couldn't help with your original question

Re Root Canals - In my case Dr P advised against a root canal and is encouraging

me to have the tooth extracted. I have found a holistic dentist who is trying to

save the tooth without a root canal.

Good luck with your decision, best wishes, Lynnex

Thanks Chris

just pure 3mg Melatonin, under the tongue. Can you say the brand that has the

Biotonin & I'll check it out. It affects my eyes by making them VERY bloodhsot

and gritty if I take too much, like 2 tabs so 6mg, which works better for the

sleep, but eyes don't like it.

I take L-Theanine about 8pm, then again at 8am'ish

it's this one....

http://www.eurohealthproject.com/biotonin.html

not sure how that compares to what you're currently taking? you put the

biotonin under the tongue where it dissolves, but that is much less than 3mg -

0.2mg for me
