Hi Everyone,

I have the results back from Genova of the Adrenals test and have also been

taking my temp daily, as per Dr Rind's site.

Basel temps are quite jumpy, lots of very high and low peaks with a couple of

stable days in between. Over a month, the highest I had was 99.2F and the

lowest of 96.7F. A single week example looks like this:

Day One: 97.7

Day Two: 97.8

Day Three: 97.3

Day Four: 96.9

Day Five: 97.1

Day Six: 97.7

Day Seven: 96.9

I also took my before rising temp (under arm) as recommended in STTM, for the

same period as above, they were:

Day One: 96.1

Day Two: 96.4

Day Three: 96.3

Day Four: 96.2

Day Five: 95.9

Day Six: 95.3

Day Seven: 96.7

My Adrenal Saliva tests results are:

Cortisol Levels:

Sample 1: 16.7 (12-22 nmol/L)

Sample 2: 2.8 (5.0-9.0 nmol/L)

Sample 3: 3.0 (3.0-7.0 nmol/L)

Sample 4: 2.0 (1.0-3.0 nmol/L)

Daily Cortisol Total: 24.5 (21-41 nmol/L)

DHEA Levels:

Sample 2 (am): 0.32 (0.40-1.47 nmol/L)

Sample 3 (pm): 0.25 (0.40-1.47 nmol/L)

DHEA Cortisol Ratio:

1.16 (2.0-6.0 nmol/L)

The report says that adrenal support and restorative measures are exceedingly

important. I would appreciate any advice on what to do now. My diet and

lifestyle are already pretty much in line with the recommendations. Should I be

taking any additional supplements?

My thanks in advance,

Lu
