I currently take Nutri Thyroid (4) and Nutri Adrenal Extra (4).

Does anyone have advice about how soon before my blood test I need to stop

taking the Nutri Thyroid - and would it be best to stop the Nutri Adrenal Extra

also? Would a couple of days be enough do you think?
