Guest guest
Hi Zara - get your blood test results form your GP. It is quite wrong to tell you they are normal, just because they appear anywhere within the reference range. Get the reference ranges too and post them on this forum. B12 of 300 is FAR from normal. The reference range is usually around 175 to 850. Your B12 should be RIGHT AT THE TOP OF THE RANGE. You need B12 replacement. Try Solgar 1000mcgs sublingual tablets and take twice daily. Ask for as many blood tests as have been done. We will help with their interpretation. Luv - Sheila ps; what made your Dr eventually agree to treat you, were your levels out of range? ps; just realised what you mean by minerals etc.. my b12 is in the 300 mark but " in range " my dr says they are good!! not sure about numbers of others like iron etc apart from them being " in range " so my gp says everything else is fine. x
