B12 should be right at the top of the reference range, whatever

the measurement abbreviations in the ref. range. You should benefit by going on

a course3 of Solar B12 1000mcgs sublingual nuggets.

There is no need to worry about your ferritin level, this is

fine, but keep an eye on it in case it starts to slip. Ferritin is always

better with a level between 90 and 130.

The rest of your test results are fine.

That's fine Sheila - I accidentally emailed you instead of posting and I know

you are busy. Do you think someone will comment on my blood results? Then I can

know what to expect and act on the next set in June. So many conflicting ref.

ranges and measurement abbrevs. on the internet and I want to make sure my B12

and Ferritin are on the upper end of the ranges

The thing is Jayne, it's the weekend and not a lot of folk are

around. Also, these results are two years old, at least, and your levels of

nutrients (vitamins and minerals) can change all the time. Just concentrate on

getting up to date results and let us have those results and the reference

range and then we can help with their interpretation and get an up to date

picture.

Don't worry about getting comments on these results right now.

Luv - Sheila

Thanks Sheila - these results were taken in 2009 before started on thyroid

replacement, but now I will have something to compare when they are tested

again in June. Appreciate the reply as I know you are busy. Jayne
