My energy levels have improved, though I had to start the second half a tab

(1/2 a grain) at lunch time because I slumped terribly after lunch. I have

today increased my dosage to 1 grain in the morning and a half a grain at lunch

time. I will see how I go, though I am planning on increasing the lunch time

dosage to a full grain as well in two weeks dependent on symptoms.

The Candida type symptoms seems to be easily explained by dryness rather than

bugs, which goes hand in hand with possible Sjogrens. (its amazing how dry your

eyes can get and you not notice, till you have the eye drops that make you feel

normal again).

I will persevere, and hope the weight gain is just some sneaky gluten that has

caused water retention.

I hope that you are not taking your lunch time dose WITH your

lunch. You should take it an hour before or after food, the T3 in NDT is OK

with food, but NOT the T4. We usually recommend you take half your dose when

you wake and the other half dose 6 to 8 hours after that, so if you take it at

8.00a.m. your next dose should be around 2.00p.m. Sounds as if you are either

taking your first dose VERY early in the morning or you are not yet on a high

enough dose to give you the good feeling you should be experiencing.
