<10 tpo antibodies- does this really mean i don't have hashimotos?

I'm just confused as i've been reading in other thyroid forums that if you have

antibodies then you have hashimotos...I've got antibodies by the looks of my

test but they are low??......

Also i'd be most grateful if someone could please comment on my thyroid test
