Guest guest
HI CHRIS I have to get up about three times in the night, as the pain just gets worse, and I pass more at night each time than in the daytime, and the pain goes after only to return next time I have to get up. I do not know anything about ACETYLCHOLINE LEVELS but will investigate. The normal thing is to pass more urine in the day and less at night which should be darker in colour. This appears to be the opposite way round with me but accompanied with pain. Guest guest
Hi Kathleen Well I say i think it's acetylcholine in me, as when i used to have it, it tended to be after taking too much of certain b vitamins, and smoking cured the pain. but even then I don't know for sure it was acetylcholine. I hope you find out what's wrong soon chris > > HI CHRIS > I have to get up about three times in the night, as the pain just gets worse, and I pass more at night each time than in the daytime, and the pain goes after only to return next time I have to get up. > I do not know anything about ACETYLCHOLINE LEVELS but will investigate. Guest guest
HI CHRIS Your suggestion set me off on a search, and I came across a good site with photos of pelvic organ prolapse. I was informed of that I have a cystoerectocele which gives good photos of this. A mesh tape was used to hold the neck of the bladder up, and it looks like this is not the correct way to place this mesh to treat a cystorecocele. This in fact could be why I am getting pain at night and pain in the day in the groin which causes pain on walking. This in turn is probably affecting the Thyroid Gland. Guest guest
In relation to 2's post, I can compeltely undrstnad the panic about the weight gain. After staying stable for a few years after menopuase (but that brought about 5 kg weight increase, in spite of exercise and watchful eating - one wonders when it will ever end), I am finding an increase of about 4 lbs again, too/ It seems to have coincided with adrenal fatigue ...and exercise has no impact when the situationi slike this, hard not to get depressed in middle age/ As a result, I stopped T4 since 24 th Spet 2011 as I had a slightly raised RT3 reading. I had tests done again - 1 /03/12 and the results were: Free T3 5.37 PMOL/L fREE t4 6.43 PMOL/L\ TSH 1.418 uUL/ML SERUM FERRITIN 32.0 ng/ml Now, this is an imporovement(except the T4) from the summer when the Free T3 WAS 7.3 fREE t4 was 11.4 TSH was 0.01 rt3 WAS ABOUT 15.9 I do not know that my RT3 is now. But in August Dr. T said my adrenal saliva tests showed I had only half of the normal cortisol reserves. I am back on ARMOUR as I have ot use it up but can anyone advise me what to do next as Dr. T thinks i should go back ot Armour as it is a more natural way to treat thyroid problems. He thinks I only moan about my weight (well, if you get diabetes then you have to care about that, as far as I know I don't have diabetes at the moment) but there is a lot of fat around my middle, just above the hips) I know I need more adrenal nutri stuff - and i did get some improvement with weight in Oct and Nov but there has been a relapse since) but I can't get them posted out here to Oman What is Isocort ? Hi, I have always had to get up in the night to pass urine, but not with pain. I seem to do most of it in the night and not so much in the day! I heard a theory that if you are swollen up then the body manages to excrete some of the excess water when you are lying down, which results in extra trips to the loo. But I don't think this is my own problem as I was a very skinny child and this is a long standing problem for me.
Guest guest
HI I had particular problems since my second pregnancy including having to have bed rest for both pregnancies in 1968 and 1970. I think the cause was Hypothyroidism, so its no joke either when I have to start taking my second daughter to GP's due to constipation. Needless to say I was not diagnosed until I was 43 and my daughter was not diagnosed until she lost several pregnancies. With myself I am pretty sure damage was done during sterilization and made worse with drugs that we are all fobbed off with that in turn cause weight gain which caused more pressure on the prolapses in turn causing incontinence and breast cancer. I ended up having repairs which included one of these mesh support tapes. After this OP I had problems to pass anything, but in turn I found that I was still having to get up several times in the night, but a job to go. The hospital said they could prescribe something for this, so I ask what the side effects were. The answer was that it would stop my kidneys from working, so would anyone wish to take a pill to stop their kidneys from working. DR P---- said you have to get rid of it at sometime. My feelings about the pain is that it is due to this MESH TVT, and things went wrong in 2005, and they refused to send me back to the specialist. These mesh TVT's have caused patients a lot of problems with mesh eroding and causing inflamation and abcess. I think that the Polymyalgia is to do with this, and in turn I feel it is affecting my thyroid. Looking online yesterday on how these prolapses should be repaired and how these TVT's should be placed I now have to wonder if it has been placed in the wrong place. I have now asked the specialist to provide a picture of the female anatomy showing the type of prolapse and to show where he placed it, and how he repaired the other part of the prolapse, and no doubt done in the cheapest way possible with the NHS which then adds to later expence, as in the case of Thyroid Treatment. CHEAPEST CAN END UP COSTING EVEN MORE. My missing records may well be to cover up harm that was done in sterilization. Had I been sent back to the specialist in 2005 the problems with mesh would have been easier to do something about. > > > > HI ALL > > Do any of you experiance pain in the bladder in the night, that is accompanied by passing large ammouts of urine which then gets rid of the pain in the bladder only to return next time you have to get up. > > Could this be a symptom of Hypothyroidism. > > Hi, > I have always had to get up in the night to pass urine, but not with pain.
