Guest guest
Hi Ann, as we are all individual then it is hard to advise you, but going gluten free may be an option. some find this helpful even if you are OK at present it dos not mean that in the future your status could change. some swear by a palio diet others a low carb diet. you should do some research to find out what suits you. some say a blood type diet is useful. but i take every thing with a pince of salt. when i do my own research i always look at all the evedence to see if anything rings a bell in my head, also weighing all the evedence and whether anything fits the bill.then i make a choice whether to try something to see if it works are not. we women are good at finding things out. Dr P says a low carb one is best. Angel.

Guest guest
Are you sure it didn't just mean don't take your T3 at the same time as milk products (because they contain calcium)?
