Folate is to Folic Acid as (Sodium) Acetate is to Acetic Acid (vinegar acid)

Iron is to ferritin as Magnesium is to Chlorophyl (roughly speaking).

Ferritin is an 'organic' stored form of iron in mitochondria where it is hidden

away from pathogens in the body making the 'essential' iron unavailable for use

by those pathogens.
