Guest guest
A reference range showing 20 to 300 is likely to be your ferritin level, but such a reference range is usually for me. Women's ferritin reference range is normally around 20 to 200. Anyway, a result of 168 for ferritin is good. Folate is a little on the low side. You might benefit from taking 400mcgs Folic Acid daily until your level has built up. B12 is fine. I would stop the Solgar B12 immediately. And frankly, who gives a damn whether your doctor was happy or not, in doing these. It's not his health we are worrying about, it's yours. What the heck does he think he is there for? Sounds like he is a Skinneroid! Luv - Sheila (Skinnerette too) I asked the nurse to write them down for me as i had forgotten my glasses. She wrote 168 Ref range 20-300 but it's inbetween Iron & Transferrin Saturation %Ferritin, can you tell which one it would most likely to be?. Folate 8.3 Ref Range 2.9-20 B12 1763 I had already cut to one Solgar nugget so hope this will bring it down. She is doing Vit d copper, and Zinc But said theese would take a while. Connelly (Skinnerette). The nurse said that the Dr was not happy at having to do them. I said to tell her i was not happy buying my Erfa. No virus found in this message.
