Nature-Throid not working

Hi all, sorry havent been on the site for a long time so i might have missed the

answers to what im about to ask.

1 Has there been any mention of the Nature Throid tablets from Inhouse Pharmacy

not working or lacking any active ingredients, since the new year?

2 Is there anywhere i can still get Armour Thyroid. Other than International

Pharmacy.com where they do seem to be available but are so expensive. Too

expensive for me.

3 Can anyone tell me if they know of any 'good' Drs in my area, Axminster Devon.

Since having to change from Armour to Nature Throid when the problem with

reformulation and unavailability, my health hasn't been as good, but tolerable,

and was so up till starting a new batch in Feb.

However i just got my blood results back. (Unfortunately T4 TSH only Grrr!) and

it was TSH=14.84 and T4=7.6 No wonder i feel so lousy. Muscle/Tendon pain and

tense, feel like they are ripping from the bone; teeth becoming loose again and

aching; eyesight rubbish, etc etc etc.

I asked the new dr (i just moved to Devon Nr Axminster)if i could get Armour on

prescription, he said categorically No. I even conceded that i'd be willing to

try a trial of T4/T3 combination. Again NO. All he suggested was to double my

Nature Throid. Which of course isn't going to help if there is a problem with

the tablets.

I have got the busiest month ahead and at the moment can't see how i'll cope. I

have 2 very physical jobs... Help!
