Hi , This is Dr. Peatfield's Crawley number:+44 01883 623125

They sometimes are abit difficult to get a hold of. When you book, they tell

you what lab results etc to take along. You won't be disappointed, Dr.

Peatfield is fabulous.

will be doing a clinic at my cottage in North Yorkshire this coming August, but

as yet, we have not picked a date for this. If you are interested, I will add

your name to this clinic so you will be sure to see him. If you want to make

this a positive appointment, let me have details of your full name and

address so we can make up a file for you in readiness. You would need to

complete his questionnaire which you will find attached and bring it with you.

You could telephone

him on +44 01883 623 125 - or FAX this same number giving your email address so

he could contact you with suggested dates for his Crawley Clinic or elsewhere.

Thanks Jane & Sheila for the contact numbers. I think my best bet is to fax, as

suggested, with my email address so he can contact me re possible dates. I

arrive in London very early on Mon 13th August and will be getting a train to

Lincolnshire to visit my brother overnight before flying to France to see my

parents and then back here to Brunei. All v rushed, unfortunately, so I don't

think I will be ale to make it to Yorkshire, but I think Crawley is not far from

London? So it may be feasible to go there on the Monday morning before the

train to Lincs... Ill let you know what happens!
