Guest guest
I recently received my order from Cyprus (on the internet pharmacies list in files) for a box of Tiromel. Printed on the box underneath a label (having used Google Translate), it states: Retail Price is 2.56 TL (Perakende Sat & #305; & #351; fiyat & #305; 2.56TL) Well, 2.56TL is currently under £1. So the retail price is £1 for a box of T3 Tiromel containing 100 x 25mcgs made by Abdi Ibrahim Pharmacy. For this price, surely the NHS should investigate using Tiromel (T3) as it must be a lot cheaper than the UK manufactured 20mcgs brand. I am unsure of the cost of T4 to the NHS but this seems very cheap. 2.56TL is the retail price, so UK pharmacies buying in bulk direct from the manufacturer and the cost to an organisation like the NHS would be even cheaper per box. The sticky label for those interested states: K.T.E. Birli & #287;i Güç Ecza Deposu ithalatçi e-deposu which approximately means: K.T.E. Union Power Pharmaceutical Warehouse importer e-store I hope this information is useful, as it shows that T3 cannot cost much to produce. Best wishes, Colin
