the evening before, and none on the day you have your blood drawn. Are you a

The blood draw is at 11.50 am as they don't have anything earlier. When would

you suggest I take my last NDT to get the most accurate result.

Also, has anyone lost weight once on NDT. I am so desperate to lose and have

not been able to sespite being 100% on Slimming world plan for over 12 months.

It is static, but need to drop some soon. I have also started to go low carb to

see if that helps.

Thank you Sheila......will do. I actually went to see a great Homeopath last

week who prescribed a Calcarea remedy on which I am feeling much better, so will

definately have a look.
