How to get less messages in inbox - was Doctor list please?

You can opt to go "special notices" where you will have to go to the website to read or write messages. It is a condition of free membership that you do not go "no mail".

Alternatively you can go "daily digest" where you get one message in your inbox but it contains 25 messages.

If you have Outlook Express you can make a folder for TPA and make a message rule that all TPA messages go into that folder and then go to that folder when you wish to see the messages. You may be able to do this with other email clients as well but I do not know.

This applies to all members of course.
