It's a good idea and very interesting comments. However, my health has never

been good so I doubt it would have helped me very much.

This is fine ,

but the question should be put to the Department of Health, the Royal College

of Physicians, the British Thyroid Association, all the endocrinologists etc as

they are the one's who will decide whether or not such testing would be useful

- or not. It doesn't help to have discussions if nothing is done to get such

questions asked in the right quarters. Not very well put, but you know what I

mean.
