Interpreting blood results into what is normal?

Do you think someone could comment on these blood results? They were taken

before I started T4 in 2009. Due for another set to be done in June.

So many confusing ref. ranges on the Internet and measurement abbrevs. like

ug/L, ng/L umol/L etc. and I want to make sure my B12 and Ferritin are on the

upper end of the range when I next see the Endo.

Appreciate any views on these figures.

B12 - 536 ng/L (160-900)

Ferritin - 69.9ug/L ( 5 -148)

Iron - 25.8 umol/L ( 11 - 32)

TIBC - 58.9 umol/L ( 45 - 70)
