Guest guest
How long have you been using it? Progesterone also sensitizes the oestrogen receptors so some people initially get symptoms of too much oestrogen. Personally, I found it improved my sleep. But I didn't notice anything until I had the first one week break, when my sleep was obviously worse again during that week. Guest guest
No, that doesn't matter. If you have a monthly cycle you use it for 2 weeks (the second half of the month) and have 2 weeks off. Did you get an instruction sheet with your cream? Here are some: http://www.progesterone.co.uk/use.htm Since your side effects sound appalling I would stop the cream and see whether they go away. Did you have a hormonal test showing that your progesterone was deficient (such as one from Genova Diagnostics?) or are you just trying some to see whether it will help? If you give it a break and see what happens, you could try again with an infinitesimal amount and see how you reacted to it.
