Have you considered using Niacin (vitamin B3 - the flushing kind) to help with your depression. A lot of people use this, and it is natural. Read more about it here http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/natural/924.html It is best to take flushing Niacin when you are not going out and can sit and rest - straight after a mean as this helps with the flushing (which usually lasts around 30 to 40 minutes.
