Guest guest
My Genova Candida test results are back: Candida antibodies IgG = 7.3 >10 (negative) Candida antibodies IgA = 14.5 <10 (positive) The note at the bottom says 'The negative IgG Antibody suggests that this is a fairly recent infection or that the immune system has not been able to adequatley control the infection.' It also suggests an anti-candida diet programme and repeat the test in 3 months to assess the effectiveness of the immune response. I don't think this is a recent infection as I've had the same symptoms for a long time probably several years, so I guess the immune system isn't coping. Any help from anyone on this diet or who has been on it & improved would be appreciated. I've been recommended to take Fluconazole, Caprylic Acid & Grapeseed Extract. Thank you.
