Can anyone tell me where the cervical ribs are.

HI ALL

What exactley are the cervical ribs and are we supposed to have them.

Apparently I don't have any cervical ribs and if one is suposed to have them

could this have been a defect caused by the fact that my Mother would have

lacked Thyroxine.

Has anyone else been told this.
