The reason I am asking - even tiny amounts of blood in the saliva or minute food particles can pollute the saliva sample and falsely produce extraordinarily high levels of cortisol. Or – are you taking any kind of steroids? – HC, Prednisolone, HRT, sex hormones or whatever? If none of the above is the case, then you need to see an endocrinologist asap and get a short Synacthen test to test for Cushing's disease. If this were Cushing's then this is not something Nutri Adrenal or NDT will fix. If you have Cushing's, then that needs to be addressed and treated first before attending to your thyroid function. Please read up on Cushing's... the following is a good informative link. http://thyroid.about.com/library/endocrine/blcushings-syndome2.htm Do your own symptoms resemble any of the ones mentioned in this link? As I said above.... there is a possibility that your samples might have been contaminated by either blood or food or exogenous steroids – ideally the test needs to be repeated.... but rather than pay for this privately, you must see your GP or endo (if you already have one) and show him those results. They might pooh-pooh the private Genova results the way they tend to do, but they will have no choice but to order their own checks, and this is an absolute MUST and it cannot wait either. Please let us know how you get on and what the doc says. With best wishes,
