HI ALL,

As my health is not improving I have decided to start further small increases in

T3. I feel that I am underactive, my voice is husky, but do not have any sore

throat etc.

I have had some headaches that I feel are due to constipation, and constipation

is not going to help with my prolapse.THe muscle pain worsens with what I do.

I went to the optician yesterday about these headaches and the blurred vision in

the night. My sight is OK, but he said the the blurred vision was due to

migraines, and yes I have experianced migraines which worsened when I was put on

Pimozide, so eventually I was put on Pitzotifen.

Pitzotifen in turn puts on weight, but think on this as we are going to be

denied help in the NHS if we put on weight. I mentioned all this to the

optician.

I mentioned about the thyroid artery that runs up the side of the neck and if it

could cause migraines which apparently it can.

I told him at the time that nothing was done to find out the cause of my

migraines which I was getting twice in the monthly cycle, and being in bed for

three days unable to drink much as it made me sick, and being sick did help with

the migraine. After those three days the first things I wanted to eat was

icecream and bananas.

Could there be something wrong with the thyroid artery that causes pain in the

neck or the reason why some of us find no improvement in thyroid treatment.

MY GP is also trying to turn me against online help, but I have suffered more in

the hands of Doctors. What he is also trying to say is that Doctors are covered

for any harm they cause, but lets fact it they never admit to the harm they do,

and in turn protect each other.I intend to protect myself from further harm from

Doctors, and he knows that.
