I have a vibrating alarm that I put under my pillow to wake me up (but not my

husband) to so I can take my T3 at 4.30am! I don't know if this will help at

all. It's called Lifemax (vibrating pillow) and you can set 2 alarms on it, so

good for night time. And it really does wake me up but not my hubby!

Or there is this one which I also found online, but I don't know anything about

it so can't recommend it and I don't know how many alarms you can set on it.

If this isn't right for you, I'd search for products for the deaf as that's how

I found the lifemax under pillow alarm.

night, but I want to be able to set up about 4 alarms in the course of a day

that use a vibration to remind and awaken me to take T3. The reason for a form

of vibration alert is in case I ended up in hospital, as I would not want to

disturb other patients in the night.

to end up crushing it, and they might not allow them in some hospitals.

HI NADIA

I have also been looking at the wrist ones which would also be ideal to go out

with. It can be confusing as there are several that look the same, but different

prices.

Many thanks.
